This program is open to homeowners who meet the following criteria:
1. You are a residential, non-ABN customer located in Australia.
2. You own the Premises or have the legal right to install and use the System.
3. ECO, CORE, and MAX plans require a minimum 5 kW solar PV system, while the ULTRA plan requires a minimum 8 kW system.
4. You have not previously received any government battery rebate for this property. (This does not include solar rebates such as STCs.)
5. The Premises is not involved in any other VPP Offer or other demand response program, including any pilot or demonstration trial.
6. No person at the Premises relies on the System for life support or any other life-sustaining or critical medical needs.

- Each month, your plan includes a set grid energy allowance.
- If your grid usage stays within this allowance, that portion is fully rebated by Spiring Energy.
- If your usage exceeds the allowance, Spiring Energy will rebate excess grid usage up to the maximum monthly kWh included in your plan.
- Any usage beyond this capped amount is billed at standard rates.
- Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
- Conditions apply.

Choose the level of energy coverage that fits your home
Spiring plans differ in two key ways — the size of your battery system and how much grid electricity is included each month.
Each plan includes a tailored battery setup (inverter capacity and battery storage), along with a set monthly energy allowance (60–300 kWh) to help offset the electricity you draw from the grid.
Higher plans provide more system capacity and greater energy coverage, helping reduce your reliance on grid electricity and improve cost predictability.
All plans include smart energy optimisation, fully managed system performance, and access to future Virtual Power Plant (VPP) benefits — delivering a more efficient and predictable energy experience.

The $100 deposit allows you to lock in your plan price and secure a limited installation allocation. The deposit is fully refundable at any time if you decide not to proceed.

The first installation deposit is collected by our installer once your installation eligibility has been confirmed and your installation date has been scheduled. If your home is found unsuitable, your deposit is fully refunded.
The remaining balance is payable after installation is completed. -
Standard installations within our designated service areas are included in all plans at no extra cost.
For homes located outside our standard installation regions, remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional charges may apply, or installation may be subject to availability and site suitability.
We will always provide a clear quote before confirming installation, ensuring full transparency and no surprises.

Yes. There are no long-term lock-ins.
The first year subscription fee is free, and from the second year onward, a subscription fee applies.
If you choose to exit the Spiring energy plan, you will simply stop receiving the benefits associated with your Spiring energy plan and community benefits.
Your battery system will remain fully functional for self-consumption. -
Your coverage begins once your battery system has been fully installed, connected to the grid, and your Spiring MyAccount has been activated.

The monthly energy allowance is designed to offset the electricity you draw from the grid (usage charges only).
Standard Daily Supply Charges and any applicable Demand Charges are not included and will continue to appear on your electricity bill.
