• Photos/videos of your switchboard
• Preferred battery installation location
• A recent electricity bill
• Any other requested details

This helps our Spiring team assess your home's installation requirements.

Additional charges may apply under the following conditions:
• Distance beyond standard scope: Extra cabling for installations beyond 5 metres
• Backup functionality: Additional costs may apply for the configuration of backup power systems and associated components.
• Smart meter upgrade: Additional costs may apply if a smart meter upgrade is required to meet system compatibility or local grid requirements.
• Remote or regional areas: Additional charges may apply for installations in remote areas
• Freight and logistics: Extra delivery costs for long-distance or special transport requirements
• Grid connection services (applicable in some states): Fees related to grid application, approvals, and connection processes, which may apply depending on local regulations.
• Site-specific installation conditions:Additional costs may apply due to site conditions, including:
1. Ground preparation (e.g. concrete base or foundation work)
2. Wall reinforcement or mounting structure requirements
3. Non-standard installation environments (e.g. limited space, difficult access)
4. Installation in garages requiring safety measures (e.g. bollards, alarm systems) 5. Wall penetration or drilling for cable routing
• Site inspection (if required): An additional fee may apply where a site inspection is necessary to assess installation feasibility due to unclear or complex site conditions

• Once confirmed, we will contact you to schedule your installation date
• Once scheduled, you pay the Product Payment to release products forinstallation
  

• Half day installation to install your battery
• Includes free battery energy tracking app
• DNSP and Compliance checks(as you have now)
• You pay the final payment once installation is complete

*The reality check: This step can take weeks or even months in some states. It's frustrating, but normal. Your installer should keep you updated on progress.

After compliance approval:
• We confirm your final plan
• Your Spiring account is activated

Once the remaining balance is paid, your system will begin:
• Optimising your energy usage
• Helping you move towards a $0 energy bills lifestyle
